About this role
This isn't a "sit in meetings and align stakeholders" role. In this role you will:
- Go into the problem space. Run discovery sessions with internal teams, map how work gets done today, and find where the real friction and waste live
- Design solutions that colleagues will actually use. Not theoretical frameworks, but internal workflows, automations, and AI-enabled tools that enables more effective daily operations
- Build and ship. That might mean configuring a platform, writing automation scripts, deploying an AI model, or stitching systems together
- Run real experiments with hypotheses, metrics, and timeboxes. And remove what doesn't work
- Scale what works. Your process improvements, governance models, and AI workflows don't stay in one team — they become the standard way of working across DHS and Surgical Workflows globally
