About the Role MTSI is seeking a Senior Launch Expert to lead and coordinate launch activities for complex programs in El Segundo, CA. This role will drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, successful introductions of products and services that meet customer and program requirements. What You'll Do
- Develop and own end-to-end launch plans, timelines, and success metrics for assigned programs.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, operations, and customer stakeholders to align requirements and milestones.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate status to leadership and project teams, and adjust plans as needed. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading product or program launches in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans and updates.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
