About the Role Databricks is seeking multiple Senior Lakebase Sales Specialists (Central) to help customers modernize their operational data foundation with Databricks Lakebase, our fully-managed Postgres offering for intelligent applications. This high-impact role sits within the Lakebase Go-To-Market team and partners closely with regional Account Executives to drive adoption of Lakebase with platform, application, and data teams. Lakebase provides a unified, governed foundation for operational workloads and AI-native applications.

What You'll Do

• Drive adoption of Databricks Lakebase in the Central region by collaborating with regional Account Executives and working with platform, application, and data teams.
• Partner with the Lakebase Go-To-Market team to articulate value and accelerate customer modernization of their operational data foundation using Lakebase.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and position Lakebase as the unified, governed foundation for operational workloads and AI-native applications.

What We're Looking For
