Senior Laboratory Attendant
Job Summary
To support the Quality Control unit by collecting, preparing, and processing raw materials, intermediate (clinker), and finished cement samples, while maintaining strict laboratory hygiene, inventory control, and compliance with safety and ISO quality standards.
Description of Responsibilities/Functions:
- Availability of samples for chemical laboratory and XRF analysis as may be required.
- Sample collection of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products
- Accurate sampling of raw materials, raw meals, kiln feed, clinker and cement samples, mill and packing plant, as required.
- Chemical analysis of samples as required.
- Good housekeeping
- ISO management system compliance
Qualifications and Requirements
- SSCE, Trade Test 3,2,1+ 5 Years’ experience.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety, terminology, and handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and data entry.
