Location: Dallas, TX or New Jersey

Job Summary

Design, develop and support scalable enterprise applications for a banking client. The candidate should have strong hands-on Java, Spring Boot and microservices experience and be comfortable across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and REST APIs.

• Design and implement microservices using appropriate design patterns and engineering standards.

• Work with databases, messaging systems and enterprise integrations.

• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment and production support.

• Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance, reliability and scalability.

• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps and business teams in an Agile environment.

• Required Skills

• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.

• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs and design patterns.

• Good knowledge of OOP, collections, exception handling and multithreading.

• Experience with SQL, Git, CI/CD and testing.

• Banking or financial-services experience preferred.
