Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead

About the Role Join Wipro as a Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead to oversee enterprise-grade platform solutions in a highly Agile CI/CD environment. This role focuses on Java/J2EE, cloud-native deployments, and leading engineering teams to build scalable, secure solutions, preferably in financial domain. What You'll Do

• Provide technical leadership across platform architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
• Oversee CI/CD in a highly Agile environment, with experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Work with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Mule, web services, Kafka, SQL/PL-SQL (Oracle), XML/JSON for API and microservice implementations at scale.
• Maintain on-premises, hybrid cloud, and cloud-native deployments; manage integration technologies such as Mule ESB, AnyPoint Platform, MQ, Kafka.
• Utilize APM tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics; implement infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.
• Provide leadership to engineering teams; ensure security standards, performance optimization, and compliance. What We're Looking For
• 7+ years’ experience overseeing enterprise-grade platform solutions.
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Mule, web services, Kafka, SQL/PL-SQL (Oracle); XML/JSON.
• Cloud-native deployment experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes; container platforms.
• Experience in on-premises, containerized apps, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Experience with app servers and integration technologies: Mule ESB, AnyPoint Platform, MQ, Kafka.
• Proficiency with Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics (APM tools).
• Ability to translate low-level technical details to non-technical stakeholders; strong communication.
• Leadership and ability to guide engineering teams; implement best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
• Optional: experience in financial domain.

• Salary range: $60,000 - $135,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on location, skills, and experience.
