Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily provision, maintenance and optimization of workstations, including hardware, software, network, security and support according to existing corporate’s standards.
- Responsible for the fast and effective resolution of IT malfunctions.
- Support the seamless integration of new IT systems or applications into the user's existing IT landscape.
- Work on premises to help with the planning, implementation and support of IT projects or tasks.
- Advise on the selection, adaptation and implementation of IT solutions or products based on needs and requirements of the divisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related fields, with at least 3 years of IT service operation and maintenance experience.
- self-driven to learn new technologies and trends.
- Responsible, effectiveness, and customer-service-oriented
- Open and willing to effective communication, CET6.
- Candidates with IT work experience in international enterprises and relevant experience in PMP, information security and ITIL are preferred.
