About the Role The Senior IT Security Administrator is responsible for protecting Uline's information systems by implementing and monitoring security controls, policies, and incident response processes.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain security architectures, standards, and procedures
- Monitor for security threats, conduct risk assessments, and respond to incidents
- Manage access controls, identity and authentication, and security tooling
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT security administration, risk management, and incident response
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar
- Experience with security operations centers, cloud security, and network security
