The Role

As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional technology talent across Portugal. You will partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to develop talent strategies, identify top candidates, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with strong IT recruiting expertise who enjoys building relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and helping shape the growth of a fast-paced consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology and consulting roles, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping activities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage recruitment data and market insights to provide recommendations and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition projects that support Slalom's growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT, Technology, Digital, or Consulting recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring technical and consulting talent across various levels and disciplines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using modern sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English and Portuguese.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
