Manages 3-5 small- to medium-scale Sales technology projects from planning to completion by facilitating working sessions, building and maintaining project plans, managing schedules and resource forecasts, tracking deliverables, and escalating issues with clear recommendations.

Partners with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT, vendor, and field stakeholders to clarify scope, success metrics, dependencies, adoption needs, and decision points. Translates business needs into actionable delivery plans and keeps technical and non-technical audiences aligned.

Manages project financials by building forecasts, tracking actuals, validating budget assumptions, documenting cost drivers, and communicating budget impacts or tradeoffs to leadership.
