Senior IT Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support a global organization focused on manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, and enterprise technology transformation initiatives. This position is onsite in Irving, TX. The Senior IT Project Manager will lead complex enterprise projects, strengthen governance and documentation practices, and drive strategic business and technology initiatives across multiple business units. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a growing PMO while gaining significant executive visibility and influence across large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities for the Senior IT Project Manager include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and business transformation projects across manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions
• Develop and enhance project governance, documentation, prioritization, and portfolio management processes
• Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align project outcomes with organizational objectives
• Drive project planning, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communications for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Support strategic modernization efforts including ERP, payroll, operational technology, and enterprise platform implementations

Required Qualifications for the Senior IT Project Manager include:

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise IT projects, PMO initiatives, or large-scale business transformation programs
• Experience managing projects involving enterprise platforms such as Oracle, ServiceNow, UKG/Kronos, ADP, or similar business systems
• Strong project governance, portfolio management, stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, supply chain, or multi-site operational environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, including Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic organizational improvements

Compensation for the Senior IT Project Manager includes:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experience, with potential flexibility up to $140,000 - $155,000 for highly qualified candidates
