Senior IT Project Manager

About the Role Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI) seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to provide overall management and technical direction for the DOI HRMSD full life cycle IT program. This role requires ensuring compliance with DOI policies, ISO 9001:2015 quality processes, CMMC Level 2 controls, and FISMA Moderate security requirements. The position is contingent upon award and incumbents are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the single point of contact with the COR and HRMSD leadership.
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, and performance.
• Develop program plans, risk registers, and performance metrics.
• Oversee all Agile release planning and governance meetings.
• Direct technical leads and contract staff; review deliverables for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure quality assurance, configuration management, and security processes are implemented consistently.
• Prepare and submit CDRLs and monthly/quarterly status reports.
• Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.

• Experience leading full life cycle IT programs for federal clients and coordinating with COR and HRMSD leadership.
• Knowledge of DOI policies and ISO 9001:2015 quality processes, CMMC Level 2 controls, and FISMA Moderate security requirements.
• Proficiency in program management, risk management, Agile governance, QA, and configuration management.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $102,700 - $138,400 per year (exempt).
