Job title: Senior IT Consultant – ERP Application Management CTBC

The Senior IT Consultant – ERP Application Management is responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, governance, and reliable operation of the global SAP application landscape. The role focuses on SAP IT Audit & Compliance, SIVIS Suite Administration and Identity & Access Management (IAM). The position acts as a subject matter expert for Sivis Suite and IAM, ensuring that SAP systems comply with corporate policies, audit requirements, while supporting business continuity and operational excellence.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Govern SAP user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Ensure integration between SAP systems and enterprise IAM solutions.
• Support access request, approval, and provisioning processes.
• Drive automation and standardization of access management processes.
• Ensure traceability, transparency, and audit readiness of access controls

SIVIS Suite Administration

• Administer and maintain the SIVIS Suite environment.
• Support access governance, role analytics, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
• Ensure data quality and reliability within the SIVIS landscape.
• Collaborate with SAP Security and IAM teams to improve controls and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Application Management, SAP Security, Authorization Management, or IAM.
• Experience supporting SAP audits, compliance programs, and governance frameworks.
• Understanding of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience working with international teams and external service providers
