About the Role Join PMI's IT team as a Senior IT Business Analyst. You will support our commercial and consumer functions by gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with business partners, cross-functional teams, and product owners to ensure accurate end-to-end delivery. What You'll Do
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
- Perform requirements elicitation and analysis and validate requirements with stakeholders.
- Document associated user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business partners, cross-functional teams, and product owners to ensure end-to-end delivery meets expectations.
- Ensure traceability to business goals and project success metrics. What We're Looking For
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role supporting commercial and consumer functions.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and product owners, and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to define scope, outcomes, and success metrics; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with end-to-end delivery and transformation projects.
