About the Role Senior Investment Officer to join either the RAN or the RSC Delivery Unit, focusing exclusively on the mining and metals sectors. The selected candidate will support the origination, structuring, execution, and management of metals and mining transactions, with regional responsibilities across RAN and RSC. What You'll Do
- Be responsible for the identification, selection, origination, execution, and closing of metals and mining equity, quasi-equity, and debt (loans and guarantees, as well as capital market) transactions.
- Lead the evaluation of both lending and non-lending metals and mining projects, including initial screening of project applications, evaluation of feasibility studies, and preparation of project concept notes, assessing project risks and advising on appropriate risk mitigation actions.
