About the Role IMC's Internal Audit team operates globally to add value as a business advisor through audits. This Senior Internal Auditor - IT Audit role focuses on designing and leading end-to-end IT audits to validate that controls are adequately designed and functioning, partnering with business units worldwide. The role offers opportunities to expand responsibilities based on your insights and initiative.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead all aspects of end-to-end internal audits to validate controls are adequate and functioning effectively
- Assure auditees across our business units worldwide that internal controls are adequately designed and operating effectively
- Support Internal Audit's mandate in a dynamic and highly technical environment
- Opportunity for expansion in responsibilities according to your insights and initiative
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field
- 8+ years of IT Audit experience
- CISA or CISSP certification preferred, but not required
- Comfortable auditing technical platforms such as mainframes and midrange operating systems, middleware, networks, software/source code, data communication and database management systems, information security/technology risk
- Driven, self-motivated, ambitious, flexible, and proactive with a proven track record
- Able to drive change, take initiative, deliver results, engage others, and solve problems within IMC
- Highly adaptable and able to handle multiple demands simultaneously
- Capable of building relationships locally and internationally
- Clear and effective communication and report-writing skills
- Willing to travel to and conduct audits abroad (approximately 25% of the time)

Nice to Have
- Experience with global cross-country audits
- Experience in financial trading environments or financial services (optional)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $140,000- $190,000 USD per year
- This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance
