About the Role

Cape Fox subsidiary Eagle Health, LLC is seeking a highly organized Senior Intake Officer / Project Manager to support a federal government client. This role combines overseeing intake operations, managing workflow efficiency, developing SOPs and training materials, and conducting QA/compliance reviews to support program sustainment and modernization.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily intake operations and maintain workflow efficiency

  • Lead program workflow and intake operations to meet deadlines and quality standards

  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, manuals, and workflow guidance

  • Create training materials and provide training to new and existing staff

  • Conduct quality assurance and compliance checks; ensure adherence to policies

  • Lead program sustainment and modernization initiatives

  • Capture and document institutional knowledge, legacy processes, and tribal-specific enrollment considerations

  • Prepare monthly application processing metrics and ad hoc reports on trends, system performance, and operational constraints

  • Maintain regular weekly updates to the Alaska Region Enrollment database with application progress and determinations

  • Provide policy or procedural recommendations to improve accuracy, timelines, and public service

  • Conduct periodic audits for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance

  • Ensure privacy and safeguard standards are maintained across all processing

  • Serve as a point of contact for technical and administrative questions

  • Support transition planning to ensure staffing resilience during disruptions or organizational changes

  • What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Experience in intake operations and project management

  • Proficiency in developing SOPs, manuals, and training materials

  • Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to generate reports and metrics, analyze trends, and inform decisions

  • Familiarity with tribal enrollment and records management regulations

  • Understanding of privacy and safeguarding standards

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and training abilities

  • Prior government or federal client experience is a plus

  • Ability to document legacy processes and capture institutional knowledge

  • Comfort with transition planning and organizational change management

  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with federal government contracts or government clients

  • Experience with Alaska Region Enrollment database or related systems

  • Advanced training materials development and delivery experience

  • Familiarity with program modernization initiatives

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $140,900 - $142,000 per year (USD)
