About the Role An ambitious, proactive individual will drive the development of Marex Solutions' institutional offering in France and across Europe. The role requires autonomy as well as strong collaboration with clients and internal counterparts to grow the institutional client franchise while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality sales coverage for France and across the EMEA region for Marex Solutions' institutional clients.
- Create value and capture revenues from existing client base as well as developing your own new client pipeline.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across Credit, Compliance, Legal, Onboarding, Ops, Trading and Risk to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Build and manage your direct client base, contributing to the growth of the EMEA Institutional Solutions business.
- Assist with onboarding of new client relationships and maintenance of existing relationships, supporting processes as required and updating clients.
- Identify efficiencies and assist in preparation of any new required frameworks.
- Strategise to increase P&L through market/product analysis and seeking synergies with other areas of the Solutions business.
- Ensure compliance with FCA and local regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework; report breaches to Compliance and/or supervisor; escalate risk events as required.
- Model the role with high integrity and align with Company Values and FCA Code of Conduct; adhere to internal policies. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in financial markets on the sell side.
- Deep understanding of structured products and derivatives, including OTC, hedging overlays, structured notes, and QIS.
- Knowledge of broader financial derivatives and how to structure them to manage client risk.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in regulated environments with risk and compliance responsibilities.
- FCA and/or local certification.
- Language skills: knowledge of one or more European languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative nature, curiosity, relationship building, resilience, strategic collaboration, and attention to detail. Nice to Have
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
