About the Role As an experienced Infrastructure Engineer joining Datology AI, you will be a senior early hire who partners with our founders to shape product direction and drive business-critical technical decisions. You will lead the development of data infrastructure capabilities, including multi-cloud support, deployment models, and training/inference infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Design and build the development and production platforms powering Datology AI, ensuring reliability and security at scale.
- Architect, build, and deploy core infrastructure across multiple cloud providers and deployment models.
- Accelerate company productivity by empowering fellow engineers with excellent tooling and systems.
- Partner with researchers and engineers to bring new features and research capabilities to customers. What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant infrastructure experience.
- Proven track record building large-scale infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Bash, Kubernetes, Python, and/or Terraform (or similar).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP and/or on-prem environments.
- Expertise debugging across the stack: networking, performance, hardware issues, memory leaks.
- Passion for building scalable, reliable, secure systems.
- Humility, collaboration, and willingness to own problems end-to-end. Nice to Have
- Built out data infrastructure from scratch at a fast-growing startup.
- Experience building ML/DL infrastructure or data infrastructure feeding large ML models. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $180,000-$300,000 USD per year.
