About this role
Senior Industrial and Mechanical Estimator to work hybrid remote with occasional on-site days at our client's Midwest headquarters. The role focuses on developing customer needs, gathering and analyzing quotes, researching costs, and preparing competitive proposals while applying risk management strategies across projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development of customer needs
- Gather and analyze quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Research materials, equipment, and labor costs
- Understand and implement risk management strategies with each project
- Prepare and submit proposals to potential customers
- Daily use of estimating systems
- Develop bidding strategy based on scopes of work and project documents
What We're Looking For
- Estimation and project management experience preferred
- Experience with piping required
- Experience with estimation in industrial environments required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree ideal
- Experienced in construction software

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 - $170,000 per year
- Targeted compensation up to $170K plus bonus
- Remote with hybrid on-site days (Midwest headquarters)
