About the Role The Senior Industrial and Mechanical Estimator will help develop customer needs, pricing strategies, and bid proposals for industrial projects. This remote role includes occasional on-site days at the Midwest headquarters and targets compensation up to $170K plus bonus. What You'll Do
- Assist in the development of customer needs
- Gather and analyze quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Research materials, equipment, and labor costs
- Understand and implement risk management strategies with each project
- Prepare and submit proposals to potential customers
- Daily use of estimating systems
- Develop bidding strategy based on scopes of work and project documents What We're Looking For
- Estimation and project management preferred
- Experience with piping required
- Experience with estimation in industrial environments required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree ideal
- Experienced in construction software Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $100-170K/year
- Targeted compensation can go up to $170K plus bonus
