We are looking for a Senior Indirect Tax Consultant to join our team in Timisoara or Cluj-Napoca. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse client projects in a collaborative environment that supports continuous learning and professional development.
What you will be doing

Provide advice on a broad range of indirect tax matters.

Perform tax reviews and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Analyse transactions and business activities from an indirect tax perspective.

Assist with tax authority enquiries and other tax-related procedures.

Liaise with clients, tax authorities, auditors and other stakeholders.

Prepare tax analyses, reports and other project deliverables.

Monitor relevant tax legislation and regulatory developments.

Support junior colleagues through review and knowledge sharing.
What we need from you:

University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting.

More than 3 years of experience in tax or accounting (previous experience in an accounting firm or internal department represents an advantage).

Very Strong English Skills.

Legal knowledge is a plus.

Good knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills, attention to details, and the ability to manage several priorities effectively.

Collaborative mindset, ownership, and willingness to support the development of junior colleagues.

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
