Senior in Corporate Strategy

About the Role EY Parthenon’s Senior in Corporate Strategy leads client projects and engagement teams to deliver high-quality outputs while cultivating strong relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. The role combines strategic development and practical implementation, supports business development, and champions EY‑Parthenon’s culture and values across diverse, international teams. What You'll Do

• Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high quality outputs; maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Drive business development by preparing client meetings and project proposals and proactively seeking and identifying new project opportunities.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation; develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, and portfolio optimization.
• Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements.
• Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining work-life balance and promoting EY‑Parthenon culture and values.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their personal and professional growth and fit to the team.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to further boost brand presence and awareness; actively support recruitment efforts in identifying and selecting future team members. What We're Looking For
• Ability to independently lead projects & teams and manage senior-level clients; highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Team player capable of operating in international, multicultural, and diverse environments; strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to handle several complex tasks simultaneously; outstanding organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• International exposure and experience (professional and/or educational); capable of contributing to and leading business development activities.
• Academic bachelor or master; 3-5 years of experience, including in strategic consulting; project management skills and ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities; full Portuguese and English proficiency. Nice to Have
