Job title: Senior Implementation Consultant I (Education)
About the Role In this role you will lead complex client implementations of Flywire's education payments solutions from discovery through go-live. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption of Flywire solutions for education clients in Australia. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically proficient, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for education clients in Australia, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications; serve as the primary client liaison.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Provide customer training, knowledge transfer, and develop concise documentation and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, professional services or project management in fintech/payments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with education sector workflows, student payments, or ERP/CRM integrations.
- Ability to work independently and with global teams; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Flywire platform or payments ecosystem.
- Knowledge of data migration and integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent.
