35.15 - 40.7 USD / Hourly Our client in Latrobe, PA is looking for an HR Generalist to provide hands-on support to a busy HR team during a transitional time. This contract opportunity offers the chance to step into a visible role supporting employee relations, HR administration, and day-to-day operations at a growing manufacturing organization.

Latrobe, PA Schedule: Full-time, On-site Duration: Up to 6 months (Contract), possibility for extension or conversion Pay Rate: 32-37/hour Hours: Full-time hours with a flexible schedule, generally between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Attire: Business casual Parking: Dedicated on-site lot

Responsibilities

• Support HR management and operations with day-to-day employee relations matters
• Maintain and organize employee training records and related documentation
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee questions and HR concerns
• Assist with HR programs, policies, and employee communications
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and general HR administration
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth department operations during a leave of absence
• Provide hands-on support across a variety of HR functions as business needs arise

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar human resources role

• Strong employee relations experience and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and managing a variety of HR responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with HR leadership and operational teams

• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
