What You'll Do
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Advise on employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Lead workforce planning, change management, and organizational design initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on compensation, benefits, and compliance programs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist using strategic HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in distribution/logistics or supply chain sectors.
- HRIS systems proficiency and data-driven approach.
