Senior Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced and competent Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a deep understanding of Human Resources best practices to join our dynamic team.
The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for driving all HR-related activities forward and ensuring their alignment with organisational goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Contribute to HR consulting projects, proposals, presentations, reports, and client engagements.
- Keep abreast of emerging HR technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
- Lead training and development initiatives to ensure workforce capability.
- Optimise talent management processes for operational efficiency and consistency
- Maintain the organisational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.
Person Specification

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an in-house Human Resources Manager, or related role within Management Consulting

Proven experience using one or more HR technology solutions such as HRIS, HRMS, ATS, Performance Management Systems, or HR Analytics tools.

Ability to use HR technology to improve HR processes, reporting, employee lifecycle management, and decision-making.

Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organisational development.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders, preferably across different organisations or business environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Membership in at least one relevant professional body is required.
