About this role
About the Role Vercel is hiring a Senior HRBP to partner with our G&A organizations (Finance, Legal, People, and Security & IT). You'll work directly with C-Suite leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, acting as an embedded business partner rather than a traditional HR service provider. You’ll drive organizational design, talent development, and performance processes to sustain a high-performance culture as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary HR advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People, and Security & IT; translate business objectives into actionable people strategies including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Advise on org structure, team effectiveness, and leadership development to support G&A scaling.
