About the Role Join Sonova as a Senior HR Services Specialist, a key member of the newly forming HR Services team at our regional Headquarters in Singapore. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration and provide accurate, timely HR support to employees and line managers, from onboarding through offboarding, in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and HR Managers. What You'll Do
- Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
- Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
- Support line managers and employees on HR topics in English
- Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
- Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment
- Familiar with HR processes and systems, and understands HR best practices
- Team player with good communication skills, high customer orientation, and service thinking
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Proficiency in English; Japanese/Korean is considered a plus
- Nice to have experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow (SNOW) and SAP Nice to Have
