TeamAce Limited (Client) is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our client’s operations in Gujeni, Kaduna State. This full-time role offers a monthly salary range of ₦2,000,000 to ₦3,000,000 and the opportunity to lead HR initiatives within a manufacturing, plant, or mining environment. The successful candidate will drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations in alignment with plant operations and corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant operations and corporate objectives.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
- Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, and labor union matters where applicable.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead HR reporting, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing, plant, or mining environments.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing industrial relations and large operational workforce structures.
