What You'll Do
- Provide HR generalist support for the EMEA region in alignment with Canonical's HR practices.
- Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to address workforce needs and employee relations across EMEA.
- Support processes related to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as an HR Generalist or related HR role, with knowledge of EMEA employment practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a remote, home-based environment across multiple time zones.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the open source or technology sector.
