Job Titile:Senior Help Desk Analyst Terms - 3 Months contract to Hire Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid (3days onsite) Industry- Financial

Objective:

Ensure the timely and effective deployment of Windows updates to corporate workstations. Work with users to ensure hardware and applications on desktops meet their business needs. Work within a small dynamic team and adjust to changing requirements or responsibilities easily and effectively. Respond to help desk requests and other technical problems to ensure that the day-to-day workflow of the Company is uninterrupted.

Responsibility

The position involves dealing with computer and data security on a daily basis. The organization recognizes its vulnerability to the danger of data corruption or illegal access to our systems. For this reason, this individual must be of high caliber, honest and conscientious.

• Test and install Windows desktop updates.
• Install, configure, maintain, and administer desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
• Perform routine tasks within the IS Operations group such as backups, documentation, disaster recovery testing, production releases, system maintenance and integrated troubleshooting throughout the environment.
• Work effectively with the business users and the Information Services team members.
• Set and meet project schedules.
• Ensure desktop efficiency, integrity and security.

Qualification:

• University or Technical Trade School degree in a related curriculum.
• Minimum of five years of Windows Desktop Administration experience.

Success in the position will build on the following skills and personal strengths:

• Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems on physical hardware or VDI
• Microsoft Office Application Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Acrobat
• Trellix End Point Security
• Citrix Workspace App
• Microsoft Configuration Manager/Windows Server Update Services
• Microsoft Intune
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Ability to set and meet reasonable project deadlines.

Estimated Min Rate: $50.00 Estimated Max Rate: $55.00
