Senior HCL Workload Automation Engineer to support and optimize large-scale enterprise batch processing environments, ensuring business-critical workloads execute reliably and within SLA commitments.
This role combines production support, workload automation engineering, batch performance optimization, root cause analysis, and operational automation. The successful candidate will act as a senior technical contributor, driving resolution of complex incidents, mentoring team members, and improving platform reliability through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
