About the Role The Senior Harvesting Competence Lead for the EME region will serve as the harvesting knowledge multiplier across markets. You will guide Product Experts across Sales Clusters, build capabilities with Sales Teams, and partner with Marketing PVS Gold to standardize and scale harvesting knowledge, with Smart Farming basics embedded in every activity. What You'll Do
- Lead Harvesting Product Experts and sales teams through structured training (onboarding to advanced), mentoring, certification, and maintaining Gold standard practices.
- Partner with Marketing (PVS Gold) to develop harvesting training playbooks, value messaging, demos, and maintain feedback loops with field, marketing, and engineering.
- Deliver hands-on combine training and optimization (including Breganze, Italy) and in-country programs focusing on safety, localization, and repeatable excellence.
