About the Role You will lead the quality influence and build the quality system in early-stage NPI (EVT) for Formlabs’ desktop 3D printers. This role drives the definition, implementation, and execution of quality plans for new and existing hardware products, working across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to enable smooth development and launches.
What You'll Do
- Drive the quality influence and develop the quality system in the early stages of NPI (EVT), applying APQP qualification.
- Define, implement, and execute quality plans for new and existing 3D printing hardware products.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product Management, Operations) to ensure seamless product development and launch.
