About this role

About the Role Senior Hardware Product User Experience Designer who thrives in complexity, precision and turning technical systems into simple, elegant user experiences. You’ll be part of Logitech’s Global User Experience team, supporting both the Gaming and Personal Workspace categories—two of the company’s most dynamic and fast-evolving business groups. This hybrid role combines hardware product UX design on platform topics such as connectivity and product behavior, keyboard layout design, and contributing to Logitech’s Design System.

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end product experiences across hardware interactions with firmware and software in mind
  • Contribute to platform-level UX topics (e.g., connectivity, device behaviors, system interactions)
  • Translate complex technical constraints into clear, intuitive user experiences
  • Define information architecture and interaction models for complex systems
  • Keyboard Layout Design: Own and design complex keyboard layouts across multiple products, operating systems, and regions; Create precise, production-ready layout files with strong attention to detail; Ensure consistency across languages, markets, and product lines; Collaborate with hardware, engineering, and localization teams to align on constraints; Maintain and evolve standards, guidelines, and assets for keyboard layouts
  • Logitech Design System Contribution: Contribute to the evolution of the Logitech Design System; Define and document platform (e.g., Bluetooth Connectivity) and product guidelines; Ensure alignment between design and engineering implementation; Identify opportunities to standardize and scale solutions across products and platforms; Actively contribute to consistency across Logitech product experiences; Collaborate with design system and platform teams to improve reusability and quality

What We're Looking For

  • Design & Systems Thinking: strong experience designing complex consumer hardware products; ability to translate product work into reusable guidelines
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Craft & Execution: strong visual and interaction design skills with high quality and detail; typography, layout and visual hierarchy; production-ready assets; localization and spatial constraints
  • Tools & Technical: Adobe Illustrator; Figma; 3D applications a plus
  • Collaboration & Communication: experience working with engineering and product teams; strong storytelling and presentation skills; effective communication with multiple stakeholders; comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments
  • Portfolio showcasing hardware design solutions

Nice to Have

  • 3D applications experience and cross-disciplinary design exposure
