About the Role Senior Hardware Engineer at Motorola Norway involved in all aspects of design, prototyping, test and manufacturing of our products. You will take responsibility for hardware throughout its full lifecycle — from early concepts and development through industrialization, verification, compliance, release, continuous improvement, and long-term support. You’ll research and evaluate emerging technologies, examine and experiment with use cases and test setups, and design, review and supervise all aspects of the electronics in our products. You will perform hardware testing, troubleshooting and qualification, and be part of our core hardware team working closely with all other disciplines. You will collaborate with manufacturing and sub-suppliers and, together with our video security department, help shape our security solution.
