Job title: Senior Hardware Engineer
About the Role A Senior Hardware Engineer responsible for architecture design, risk assessment, and leading hardware development across analog and digital circuits, including customer interactions and mentoring junior engineers.
What You'll Do
- Participate in customer specification reviews in early stage, evaluate risk, and provide support to PLM and Marketing to finalize the SPEC.
- Take responsibility for architecture design and high-risk technologies; demonstrate strong risk prediction and control.
- Write design documents; assign tasks to engineers or lead schematic design; guide PCB layout engineers to complete PCB design.
- Review hardware-related designs and development documentation to ensure correctness and standardization.
- Provide advanced training for engineers; help set technical direction and mentor junior engineers.
- Provide technology support to customers; exhibit strong issue-shooting capabilities and communicate with customers professionally.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in analog and digital circuit design.
- Familiar with Orcad and Allegro.
- Strong ability in circuit analysis and simulation; familiar with PCB layout.
- Familiar with oscilloscope, network analyzer, frequency analyzer, etc.
- Good verbal and written skills for clear information exchange.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
