About this role
About the Role Join Insulet as a Senior Graphic Designer in a hybrid arrangement (Acton, MA or San Diego, CA). You will activate the Omnipod and Insulet brands across consumer, healthcare professional, and payer touchpoints, creating visually impactful marketing assets and brand experiences. As part of the Global Brand & Marketing Acceleration group, you’ll apply multi‑channel design across digital, web, print, social, and experiential media to drive compelling campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Design on‑brand assets across print, digital ads, social, website layouts, email, packaging, event materials, PowerPoint templates, infographics, and internal communications.
- Champion the Brand by evolving and maintaining Omnipod and Insulet brand design systems; ensure consistency, clarity, and creativity globally and regionally.
- Collaborate with marketing, strategy, digital, and corporate communications; partner with internal and external creatives to deliver high‑quality, insight‑driven work.
- Mentor junior designers and freelancers, sharing knowledge to elevate the team’s work.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to execution; stay on brief and on schedule; bring fresh, mobile‑first thinking and stay current with design trends and AI tools.
- Stay focused on activating assets for consumer, healthcare professional, and payer audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of graphic design experience with a strong multi‑channel portfolio.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and Figma or similar tools.
- Strong graphic design thinking; ability to translate ideas into visually compelling assets for both digital and print.
- Experience within a global brand framework; understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design systems.
- Passion for static design, infographics, PPT, and creating culturally relevant ideas that drive adoption.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus; interest in AI and how it can improve the design process.
- Creative, outside‑the‑box mindset; strong communication and collaboration skills; empathy for customers living with chronic conditions like diabetes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication (or equivalent experience); in-house and agency experience a plus.
- Ability to support early‑morning meetings to align with global teams; willing to work in a hybrid environment.
Nice to Have
- Motion graphics or video editing experience (preferred)
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
