Senior Governance Operations Analyst

About the Role As the Senior Governance Operations Analyst, you will serve as the process backbone of EchoStar's AI Governance program, focusing on automating data collection and providing real-time visibility into the health of AI initiatives for executive stakeholders. You will translate complex metrics into high-fidelity narratives to equip leadership with evidence needed to steer EchoStar's AI strategy. What You'll Do

• Design and maintain self-service dashboards visualizing the velocity and volume of the Governance Engine to give stakeholders instant program status
• Monitor critical metrics (Time-to-Approval, Throughput Velocity); identify bottlenecks and prioritize interventions
• Analyze trends to shift the governance program from reactive monitoring to proactive optimization
• Produce high-quality, data-driven presentation materials for the Data Governance Committee and Executive Council
• Recommend continuous improvements to intake and review workflows; evolve the governance framework alongside technology
• Collaborate with Governance Delivery Analysts to refine processes and reduce administrative burden while improving delivery throughput What We're Looking For
• Experience managing project pipelines where throughput, velocity, and data integrity are primary metrics
• Ability to design and analyze complex processes to pinpoint stages needing adjustment
• Skill translating raw metrics into strategic stories for C-suite leadership
• AI literacy with the ability to leverage AI-driven visualization tools and automated reporting frameworks
• Capacity to create consistent narratives and high-fidelity Evidence Packs for executive committees
• Excellence in documentation and communication; making technical findings accessible for non-technical leaders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
• 4–6 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Operations Management within a technical enterprise
• At least 4 years designing and maintaining automated dashboards (Tableau, Power BI), managing Stage-Gate or project pipeline metrics, and data-driven storytelling for executive reporting
