  • Partner with Content and Creative teams to identify and develop assets across the buyer journey.

  • Collaborate with Digital and ABX teams on audience targeting, paid activation, retargeting, testing, and optimization.

  • Work closely with regional Field Marketing teams to translate global campaigns into effective regional activation plans.

  • Develop testing strategies across audiences, messaging, content, offers, creative, and channels.

  • Use campaign performance, intent signals, audience insights, and field feedback to optimize programs throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Lead campaign performance reviews and establish a continuous feedback loop to share results, learnings, and recommendations with stakeholders and leadership.

  • Create a strong feedback loop with Field Marketing and regional teams, using their insights to build relevant global campaign frameworks that can be easily activated and scaled.

  • Improve engagement and conversion throughout the buyer journey.

  • Generate and influence qualified pipeline and revenue.

  • Use performance data and field feedback to continuously optimize campaigns rather than taking a launch-and-move-on approach.

  • Create strong alignment across Product Marketing, Content, Digital, ABX, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales.

  • Proactively bring forward new campaign ideas, insights, plans, and recommendations.

Who You Are

You are a strategic marketer who is equally comfortable developing the strategy and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.

You take ownership, bring a point of view, and proactively identify what needs to happen next. You understand how ICP, messaging, content, channels, regional activation, field feedback, and measurement come together to create an effective global campaign.

Most importantly, you are passionate about building campaigns that don’t just generate activity—they create meaningful engagement, improve conversion, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
