About this role
Riot Games is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Project Manager to lead the development of flagship game projects. You will act as an architect and change agent for the development system, building a transparent, efficient pipeline and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of a large game vision.
What You'll Do
- Define and establish production and management standards for projects, focusing on high-quality delivery, pipeline efficiency, and team health while advancing development progress.
- Provide clear, transparent project progress and pipeline health updates; identify risks early and coordinate with key stakeholders to address or escalate issues.
- Develop and continually optimize cross-functional workflows and communication channels; break down silos between design, art, programming, and other departments to reduce miscommunication and rework.
