About the Role Marex is seeking proven FX professionals with a track record of closing new business to join its FX sales team. The role centers on building long-term relationships with corporate clients through high phone activity, Teams, and face-to-face meetings. You’ll benefit from comprehensive onboarding and fully funded regulatory exams, with guidance from senior sales managers and strong year-one commission.
What You'll Do
- Research prospective clients to understand their business and potential requirements, adding and disqualifying leads daily
- Make introductory calls to new corporate clients
- Build a sales pipeline alongside mentors with 10+ FX sales experience
- Ensure all revenue targets are met in line with FCA regulations and that the interests of the client are at the forefront of all sales activity
