Job title: Senior FX Institutional Dealing & Derivatives
About the Role The Global Institutional FX Department at Marex seeks a senior professional responsible for a portfolio of FX and FX Derivatives products. The role requires autonomous, client-facing work within a high-performing team, focusing on delivering FX services, advisory and dealing solutions to institutional clients while maintaining the company's standards of integrity and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Dealing in FX emerging markets and FX Derivatives products
- Directly corresponding with clients, including banks, corporates, central banks, hedge funds, market makers, fund managers, institutionals and trading houses
- Assist with onboarding of new client relationships and maintain existing ones; engage and update clients; support processes as required by colleagues
- Help prepare new frameworks and drive efficiencies
- Collaborate with central operations, including Operations and Technology
- Strategise to increase P&L through market and product analysis
- Ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory bodies relevant to the jurisdiction
- Adhere to operational risk framework and company parameters
- Exemplify highest standards of integrity and reflect Marex values; comply with regulators' Code of Conduct
- Carry out regulatory activities under Marex Financial, Marex SA and MSIL trading books
- Liaise with clients across US, UK, France, wider EMEA and APAC
- Adhere to internal policies and report breaches; escalate risk events; contribute to risk management processes
What We're Looking For
- Analytical skills; Comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets and regulatory requirements
- Experience with FX Derivatives products including emerging markets
- Experience with infrastructural support for institutional client base
- Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of risk and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships; collaborative; curious; resilient; strategic mindset
