Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Joining our Booking & Aggregators team at bsport as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer. You will shape the engineering architecture by leading microservices and event-driven designs to handle high-volume data and deliver scalable booking management solutions for studios and teachers. You’ll work across frontend and backend stacks and collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate third-party aggregators.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of microservices and event-driven architectures that handle high-volume data and balance immediate product requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.
• Develop tight interfaces using industry standards (micro-frontends, monorepository) to enable studio managers and teachers to organize their day-to-day work.
• Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code; implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and continuous integration & delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and knowledge sharing; foster continuous learning and collaboration.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of backend services using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and Sentry.
• Participate in cross-team squads; provide innovative solutions and improvements to our frontend (React, Zustand, Module federation, monorepository orchestrated with NX) or backend stacks, advocating for best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in any Object-Oriented backend language; familiarity with Python and Django is a plus.
• Some experience with ReactJS (or any modern frontend framework).
• Proficient in English.
