About the Role As a Senior Full Stack Java Group Technical Architect - DevOps, you will help shape architectural strategies, design and deliver innovative technical solutions, and ensure alignment of technology with business objectives. This role focuses on Spring Boot, DevOps practices, and full-stack Java development to drive scalable and secure outcomes in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions using Spring Boot framework, DevOps practices, and full-stack Java development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and align with architectural guidelines.
- Lead in defining technical architecture, best practices, and standards for Spring Boot, DevOps solutions, and full-stack Java projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them in the implementation of solutions and troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the delivery and performance of technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security practices. What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Spring Boot framework for building and deploying production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in DevOps solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
- Extensive experience in full stack Java development, including frontend technologies like Angular or React.
- Solid understanding of design principles, architectural patterns, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Nice to Have
