Seed stage, 6 people, $3M raised from a San Francisco VC. This is the engineer who owns the whole product, with a real path to CTO.
We’re recruiting for an AI native startup in Austin. Its AI agents find the right independent grocers, cafes and coffee shops for food and drink brands, and its sales team gets those products on the shelves. The company earns commission on every store it lands, so revenue keeps coming back as stores reorder.

What you’ll own
- The full platform, from prospecting and outreach to order tracking and reorders
- Clean data models built from messy real world retail data
- ERP and third party API integrations
- The product roadmap, set with the founders
You’ll fit if you
-
Have 3+ years as a full stack engineer (JavaScript and Python)

Have owned a product end to end, ideally at a startup

Know relational databases, ORMs and ETL well

Have built with LLMs or AI agents

Have a CS or technical degree

Want to go all in on an early stage company for the next few years
Need to know
5 days onsite in Austin, with relocation support
US citizens and Green Card holders only
Short process: two 30 minute calls, then a paid 1 to 2 day onsite
