About this role
Role Overview ArchiBoost AI is building an AI co-pilot for the AEC industry — automating code compliance, structuring firm knowledge, and performing real-time QA/QC across complex building projects. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll own the end-to-end product experience—from frontend interfaces to backend systems powering AI workflows. This isn't a typical full stack role. You'll build interfaces for interacting with AI systems, products that operate over large-scale architectural datasets, and real-time experiences powered by LLMs and multi-step reasoning agents. You’ll work closely with design, backend, and AI teams to turn complex capabilities into fast, intuitive, and powerful user experiences—and partner directly with customers to build and iterate on solutions tailored to real-world workflows.
What You'll Work On AI-native interfaces for interacting with copilots, agents, and workflows; collaboration tools where teams and AI work together in real time; systems operating over large architectural and regulatory datasets; end-to-end features spanning frontend, backend, and AI orchestration.
Responsibilities

Build and ship full-stack features from concept to production; develop high-performance UIs using React + TypeScript; design APIs and backend systems supporting complex workflows; integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and agent-based workflows; work closely with customers to design and iterate on tailored product solutions; optimize performance, latency, and reliability across the stack; contribute to architecture, product decisions, and system design.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in product-focused full stack engineering; strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development; backend experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and API design; experience shipping full-stack SaaS products; solid understanding of systems design and scalable architecture.

Experience with AI/LLMs or AI-powered products; retrieval systems, data pipelines, or document processing; familiarity with Tailwind or modern design systems; performance optimization / PWA experience; startup experience.

Location
This role is in-office, five days per week, in San Francisco.
