About the Role DatologyAI is seeking a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to help build our core data-curation product and internal tooling. You will partner with the founders to shape product direction and deliver high-impact features in a fast-moving environment. What You'll Do
- Own the full product development lifecycle for customer-facing data curation products and internal infrastructure and experiences.
- Build core product features and visualizations used by customers to curate datasets, plus internal tooling.
- Talk to customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, designers to bring features and research capabilities to customers.
- Ensure reliability, security, and trust in products and systems. What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading and building production full-stack and backend experiences delivering on major product initiatives.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, other web technologies, and Python.
- Strong focus on quality, functionality, and user-centric design; attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining high standards for design, correctness, and testing.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn new knowledge as needed.
- Humble attitude, eagerness to help teammates, and willingness to do what it takes to succeed.
- Prior experience in ML/AI is preferred but not required. Nice to Have
- Prior ML/AI experience is preferred (not required). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $180,000-$300,000 USD per year.
