About the Role Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in ReactJS and Java (8 & 21) to build scalable, cloud-native applications using microservices architecture and modern DevOps practices. This role sits in the Banking domain and involves supporting multiple applications and handling multiple issues concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop full stack applications using ReactJS and Java (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud)
- Design and build REST APIs and microservices
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and JMS
- Work with JPA/Hibernate for data persistence
- Develop high-performance, multi-threaded applications
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure
- Apply TDD practices and maintain high code quality
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with multiple clients and cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
- Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS
- Backend: Java 8 & 21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Data: JPA, Hibernate, SQL
- Messaging: Kafka, JMS
- Concurrency: Multi-threading, performance tuning
- Cloud/DevOps: Azure deployments, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Jenkins)
- Testing: TDD, JUnit, Mockito
- Experience working across multiple clients

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 99,600 - 169,200 per year
